I used a free app for phone that was a predicter calendar for Ur cycle after using it two months we were pregnant. I also stopped smoking drank less caffeine and excersised more. It always helps if u trying for a baby for u as woman to be checked and tell Ur doctor Ur trying . Doctors will tell u to try for about a year n give u some tips and then if u still have issues they give u other options. Don't stress it that can make it harder to conceive. Good luck
I had trouble conceiving and 2 miscarriages. It turned out I had celiac disease, and once I stopped eating gluten I got pregnant right away.
I would definatly check with your Dr. They have some standard tests they can run on you and your husband and let you know if everything looks normal or if there is a problem. Sometimes it problems with sperm count, sometimes its problems with blood clots.......it worth getting checked out.
Good Luck~
after 2 years your dr can do some tests to see if there is any issues. They just won't do the tests until you have been trying for atleast a year. Talk to your dr and see if you can get some of the tests done. it will help the process at the very least.
I know that I waited a year and then finally went to a fertility dr. I had a bad MC and they thimk that blocked my tubes but the hystopictogram thingy that is required when you go to the ferility place cleared out what should have been gone already. The drs said now that they should have done a D&C but at the time the refferals were all lost.
My cousins got all kind of tests done to see if something was wrong and everything was normal they stop trying for a baby after 10 years then 4 years after that she fell pregnant
Without seeing your doctor you can't be sure. Are your periods regular and are you having regular sex around time of ovulation. Some people just catch easier than others
