Okay, thank you all! I drink a lot maybe even more than that sometimes! haha, water and Orange juice are my drinks of choice, I've been curious though, my ob gave me a meal plan but it's good to hear other woman agree or tell their side Good to know now!!xo
I was told to drink half of my weight in ounces.
Everyone should drink at least 8 cups of water a day. During pregnancy, up to 12 cups is generally recommended.
