What time does she wake up in the morning. If its after 8am its too late. Wake her up early and keep her awake. She'll be desperate to get to sleep but 8pm. You can create her routine ♥

Soothing music helps sometimes but not with all children. Wouldn't hurt to try! Too many naps during the day also makes it harder for some to sleep the whole night.

Does she take naps during the day? If she does, as nice as they are, maybe you shouldn't let her nap anymore.
