I can't think of any safe diet drugs for bfing moms. I agree that all you can do is watch your diet, and that should be enough. I lost a lot of baby weight after my son mainly through dieting. Drinking water instead of juice and soda, making my meals smaller, and trying to do something to every meal to make it healthier. It took about 10 months, but I dropped 45 pounds.
you can control ur diet. even u r breast feeding. just avoid oil n junk food.and try to eat vegies.
