Typically cardiovascular changes related to pregnancy do not occur at the begining of pregnancy, so that is certainly not a good predictor of pregnancy. The pulse that you feel in your stomach is your aorta, its the largest artery in your body, and some people can feel theirs pulsating sometimes....I can feel mine.

Pulse of a pregnant person can range from 70-110, but of course there are many reasons why a person can have an increased heart rate. If that's what you are worried about, anxiety over thinking youre pregnant can cause you to have an increased rate. Relax and take a pregnancy test, it is the only reliable way to determine if your pregnant aside from an ultrasound.

Good luck

A pregnant woman's pulse might be a little faster.  But this is not a way to tell if someone is pregnant.  I'm sure there are women out there who didn't have a different pulse rate when pregnant, too.

You have been asking in other posts if having a pulse in your stomach means you are pregnant.  Take a home pregnancy test if you are worried that you are pregnant, a test is the only way to know.
