I Haven't Been Able To Keep Anything Down Today??? What Should I Do??? Anyone Else Has Similar Problems??
And I Haven't Eaten Since I Last Threw Up About Two Hours Ago And Still Fill Like I'm Going To Throw Up again .... help
Eat small light meals and stay super hydrated.that's all that worked for me and sometimes that didn't even work. Drink Gatorade that helped settle my stomach too.
