Well I walked for about 30 mins and my legs feel like I'm still walking on the trend mill lol but now just watching hubby and his buddies work out
I still go to my personal trainer a cpl days a weeks lifting and ride my bike/walk to keep active other than that. As long as you listen to your body and don't strain yourself I'd say go for it! (Stay away from exercising from your back if your past the 3month mark)
My husband and I work out at home. He pretty much tells me what to do. Lol I do squats some ab work outs and stuff with my legs and arms.
