Just wondering if period pains are normal I had it really bad yesterday then one side would swell up then Id throw up. Ive had it pretty much all the way through sometimes they are faint and sometimes quite painful. How normal is this?

14+4 I've had it all the way through all though on and off but last night it was really bad once I had been sick a couple of times the pain died down. I've got midwifes on thursday so am gonna ask then

How far along are you? My Dr said with any period like cramps to go in. I've had mild cramping on and off through my pregnancy, but that's pretty normal from the uterus growing and contracting.
