Why is my stomach hard up top but still have gut down the bottom?

I'm 38+2 and the top of mine is always super hard because of the way my baby lays. It's bum is always sticking out lol, the lower part of my stomach is a little squidgier

I usually have the same thing. My baby lays low but the bottom is still gushy while the top is hard. Idk why but thats my normal
