Hey Ladies,
I'm currently 37 weeks and 5 days and I'm still working. I'm planning to work until my girl comes. I'm a server which means long hours on my feet and walking. I'm not sure I can afford to take six weeks off after she arrives so I was wondering how soon you all went back to work after having your little one?

I have a great job thats letting me go on paid maternity leave for 4 months and more if I need. We have a daycare at work where I can also bring my baby. I'm 28 weeks now and will work till 35 weeks. Take care of yourself mama I know how hard server life is. Good luck

That's not true Haha my mother went back to work the week after I was born.

Your doctor won't let you go back before 6 weeks . Only time they will is if your 100% healed up

I'm going back after 3 or 4 weeks. Some of us can't afford staying at home for a whole month or 4. You just have to plan and organize your day so that baby is with someone at all times and baby has food.

I know the amount of time I'm allowed to take off I'm just wondering if anyone else went back sooner

Am not going back until after 3 months but all depends on how long I guess your job gives you
