working while pregnant?

How are you guys doing when it comes to working while pregnant? I am very fortunate and get to work from home, but to be honest I'm having a hard time even doing that because I am CONSTANTLY exhausted. Any kind of sleep is never enough sleep, and now Im getting Nausea.......Unfortunately I'm the only working person in this house (don't get me started!!) and I cannot afford to take days off work just to sleep and rekindle some energy. How about you guys?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and plan to work until I'm 39 weeks.  I work in an office, and although it's not physically strenuous, I'm finding that I'm more tired lately.  I worked some overtime in the last couple of weeks, got rundown and caught a nasty cold that DS brought home from daycare and I'm still recovering from that.  I'm fortunate to be able to work from home sometimes if I need to (which is wher I am today), so that helps.

i work 12 hour days 6 days a week and the extreme fatigue just hit me this week (my 9th week) i meen i was tired before but for the last 3-4 days ive been REALLY tired. i feel like a walking zombie but unfortunatly i also cant afford to take off work my plan is to work until i pop. i figure i might as well get used to being sleep deprived because once the baby comes im gonna get no sleep anyway! goodluck and hang in there!

I work 8-5 m-f and 10-3 on saturdays.  Sometimes I want to cry.  After work there is dinner to be made, kid to bathe, laundty, dishes, ect...

I'm worried that I won't be able to cope with another baby.

Does being a stay at home mom count?? Cause with my last pregnancy (DD is now 6 weeks old) I was constantly exhausted. I have an 8 years old, a 5 year old and a 12 month old (was 11 months old when DD was born) And I felf tired all day long but could never just take a nap. And now its worse because the only time I do get a nap is when both babies take a nap at the same time. I am usualy too busy to lay down with them if that miricle ever did happen, lol. I would like to tell you it gets better but untill your little one starts sleeping through the night you are going to be sleep deprived. Unless of course you have someone to take the night shift:)
