Has anyone ever had BV during there pregnancy and will it hurt or infect the baby?

Yeah, all it is is too much of a certain type of bacteria that we naturally carry in us. Similar to a yeast infection. (: good luck girl, and congrats.

Got it, yogurt and cranberry juice,just waking on doctor apt Tuesday for the medicine, thank you! I was really freaking out cause online I read it can cause a miscarriage...and I've made it to 11 weeks so far, just wondering if I was alone in this cause I never see anyone post about it.

I had it and as said above it can cause preterm labor. Either that or the signs of it. It doesn't infect the baby or anything. It's a common thing for pregnant women to get, but if you're not far enough along to be going into labor go in and get checked, because it has some of the exact same symptoms of labor. Just take the meds they give you, eat yogurt and drink cranberry juice. It did amazing wonders for me. Even stopped the back pain I was having (:

Well I'm 11+3 still in my first trimester and first doctor's appointment on Tuesday,should I be worried,will there be something wrong with my baby?

Yes I had it with my first it can cause preterm labor if not treated in time
