I am currently 13 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and my whole first trimester was a nightmare... I ended up in the hospital a few times because of not being able to hold a single thing down, I even tore a muscle in my upper abdomen/chest area due to such violent constant vomiting. The best thing I can recommend that my doctor recommended to me was to try my best to get down some ensure shakes, try Pedia light or Pedia light pops (sometimes frozen stuff like ice is easier to hold down), and also try freezing some Gatorade (only to the point of a slushy)... the ensure shakes have lots of vitamins, protien, calories, etc that we need and it is just a small bottle and was much easier to hold down versus food (not all the time, but most of the time). Something is better then nothing. Pedia light or the Pedia light pops have vitamins as well and will help hydrate you... Gatorade is a little harsher on the stomach taste wise cause it has so much more flavor to it but I found freezing it to a slush made it a lot easier to keep down. Even if you are able to get the slightest bit down of any of these it will help tremendously. If you aren't able too just know it is very common, don't stress, get as much rest as possible, and take eating or drinking anything very slow. Don't force it or rush it, that tends to make it worse. The more you stress the more energy and calories you burn. Just rest as much as possible.
I would look up what u ask to take tho Zofran has been causing birth defects.
Call in and ask if you can get Reglan or Zofran to hp with the nausea.
I had the same thing while pregnant with my twins.... I was literally in hospital twice a week getting fluids thru iv because i was puking so much i couldnt even hold water. It is rough but i swear it gets better. It may take a little while but you will get to a point where u can at least hold stuff down. Just try to eat or deink what ever you crave is what i learned and eat slow. Good luck girl u got this your almost to the point where it will calm down :)
