So finally at 24 weeka I get my ultra sound done and to find out that the baby wasn't letting her self at all be seen . Her umbilical cord was in the way so disappointed guys . Anyways im debating were to get my registry done either target or Walmart ???

Register at both. I registered at Target and Babies R Us and both gave me gift bags for registering.
