So im a Zumba girl... I was just wondering. . This is my first pregnancy, and its going well, normal, no complications. So, can I still do zumba?? Ive been doing it since I found out that im pregnant... then stopped at around 16 weeks because I would get really tired and also because family and friends would say that I shouldn't dance. So now im 30 weeks and have been doing Zumba since week 28 and I feel really energetic and love to dance.
Is that ok??
I've loved to dance since I can remember and I dont think I can live without it. Lol. I hear music and my body just starts wanting to dance. Haha.
