Yea...ma doc said it helps with pregnancy so i was all for it. Lol i have been doing it off and on tho for bout 10 years

Yes I do too..I do it at home with a DVD and go to zumba 2-3 times a week. I never did as much in my other pregnancies and I feel great this time.. much less pain too.
I love Zumba. I haven't been able to make it to the classes in a while though. But if I could I totally would! It's fun and I don't feel gross at all moving like that. I would just have to take breaks when I needed. Keep it up! It will make labor easier if you keep moving.
