zumba??
Is it okay if i go to zumba classes? Im 14wks
I have appointment on the 27 of this month im going to askk, because stuck at home its not good i dnt move alot
My doctor also recommends moderate exercise. I can't imagine zumba would be dangerous in any way. I'd do it and then run it by your doctor at your next appointment. Enjoy! Zumba is fun!!
Exercise always helps my doctor told me if you exercise during pregnancy you'll have an easy delivery and pregnancy
