I had prostate cancer in 2005 my psa was 4.5 . I had a biopsy performed and it showed a gleason score of 6. I then had proton radiation at Loma Linda Univeristy Medical Center in Loma Linda Calif.. my psa is now .01. personally i would have a biopsy if i were you... I think your taking a risk. If you do have prostate cancer, Id recommend Proton Radiation treatments.. its different from conventional radiation... Proton has a 90% cure rate and little to no side effects.. Its like I am cured and was never sick... good luck Claytex
