Determination of whether height will increase or not.

Bones for Age:
The fusion of the secondary epiphysis of lateral & medial epicondyles of humerus, olecranon process, capitulum, trochlea & head of radius are noted.
Epiphysis of lower end of the radius and ulna are almost fused.
8 carpal bones are seen.
Fusion of the iliac-crest & ischial tuberosities of pelvic bone are still incomplete.
Impression: Rodiological Bony Age corresponds with 14+ years.
History:
Poor attain of height.
No chronic systemic illness
Ht: 143 cm, AS: 142 cm, US: 67 cm, LS: 76 cm
Mid parental height: 153.5 cm
Additional Information:
Hb%: 13.4 gm/dl
CBG: 5.1 mmol/L SGPT: 20 U/L Urine R/M/E: Pus cell 5 P/ul USG W/A: N BP is checked by Digital BP machine
HbA1C: 5.6%
Serum creatinine: 0.6 mg/dl FT4: 1 (0.89-1.76), TSH: 2.8
Bone age: 14+ yrs
O/E:
Ht:143 cm; Wt:45 kg: (BMI: 22.0; Ideal BW: 44.4±6.5 kg)
Pulse: 73/min; BP: 98/67 mm Hg

The above are the information of tests of younger sister. Should she take growth hormone for height increase? if not, what should she do? Please help if there's still chance of her growth.
