L5-S1: Moderate loss of disc space height. 5 mm posterior left central disc protrusion. Granulation within the protruding disc. Mild impression upon the dural sac at the origin of the left S1 nerve root. Mild canal stenosis. Facet joints are normal. Right foramen is normal. Mild left foraminal stenosis.
L4-5: Minimal disc desiccation and normal disc space height. 5 mm posterior central disc protrusion. Impression upon the dural sac. Mild facet arthritis and prominence of the ligamentum flavum. Mild to moderate canal stenosis. Mild bilateral foraminal stenosis.
L3-4: Normal disc space height. No posterior disc protrusion. Spinal canal is normal. Neural foramina are normal. The facet joints are normal.
L2-3: Normal disc space height. No posterior disc protrusion. Spinal canal is normal. Neural foramina are normal. The facet joints are normal.
L1-2: Normal disc space height. No posterior disc protrusion. Spinal canal is normal. Neural foramina are normal. The facet joints are normal.
T12-L1: Normal disc space height. No posterior disc protrusion. Spinal canal is normal. Neural foramina are normal. The facet joints are normal.
T11-12: Normal disc space height. Schmorl's node formation at the superior endplate of T12. No posterior disc protrusion. Spinal canal and neural foramina appear normal.
The conus medullaris is normal. The nerve roots of the cauda equina are normal. Caudal aspect of the conus medullaris is at the L1-2 level.
The paraspinal musculature is normal.
Alignment of the sacroiliac joints is normal.
IMPRESSION:
Normal alignment of the lumbar vertebra.

At the L4-5 level 5 mm posterior central disc protrusion. Impression upon the dural sac with mild to moderate canal stenosis. Mild bilateral foraminal stenosis.
