Can gadolinium injected interstitially in my arm cause this new aching?

I have regular MRIs for my brain tumour.  The last time the IV came out of my vein before the gad injection and the whole injection went into my arm muscle not vein.  My arm has been getting progressively more painful since then.  Will this go away on its own?  Should I be concerned?  With thanks Betty
