Crawling feeling & clear build up on tips of hair

Please help me..  I have started feeling like there is something crawling under my skin..  I first felt it on my arms now my face around my lips and eyebrows.  I have started pulling my eyebrows out and when I look at the tips I see a clear hard buildup of some sort.

My back itches/ feels like something is crawling on my legs, face and arms.

Its like something is under my skin and attaches to my hair and forms a mass on each strand of hair....

I dont know what is wrong but please help me...

I drink bottles of Benadryl to try to stop the itching and crawing feeling but it does not last long....

I have this same problem I can pluck a hair from my face & it has this odd jagged thing attached to it that looks like dead skin but come from under the skin. If I take tweezers & pull the jagged thing apart its tons and tons of tiny thin curly hairs inside!! I am light skinned with light hair so def not anything to do with dark skin/curly hair although my hair is slightly curly. This all started while I had the flu and was severely dehydrated. The bumps that form on my face that I pull the hairs out of are very strange. If I push on them they move to another location on my face (within a few inches of the original place) & sometimes the thin hairs will come out. They're impossible to squeeze there is no pus or fluid inside.  Also when I touch or push on them these white thin things shoot out from the edges just beneath the skin. Literally like feelers and I can feel them stinging as they spread. I've tried to get under them as they appear just below the skin but are not. I live in an extremely rural  town in the Appalachian Mtns of Va. I have given up on finding a doctor. Every time I try a new doctor I am basically treated like a weirdo that needs meds. Maybe a poor stupid meth head (never done it in my life) or maybe just mentally unstable seems to be how they feel. I've heard nurses outside the exam room making fun of me, calling me a 'picker' which I am not although with this I have done hours of plucking hoping to release these hairs b/c it feels like the hairs are under the skin trying to break out. I finally agreed to take a psychological evaluation when the doc that I suffered from BPD she pretty much decided then and there it was mental & dismissed me. When I told her it felt as if threads or worms were moving beneath my skin I assured her that I knew it wasn't actually worms but she treated me like a total nut. She didn't even bother to do the psych evaluation once I agreed to it. Convinced it was just some problem associated w/borderline personality disorder. I should note 2 things. I have no history of acne/skin problem no history of self mutilation, cutting, hair pulling, etc. I'm 33 yrs old. Also when I look in the mirror I can see specks that are almost like glitter/iridescent resting on my pores. I see these on my entire body. I've shown them to my husband & he sees them to so they are there in reality, not just my head lol. If I put blue star ointment on an area of my face these white chunks like sand immediately rise out of my skin. I can put the ointment on my arms or legs and this doesn't happen so it means something lol, I just don't know what. There is itching occasionally but not much. The hairs on my face seem so much more brittle than they used to be and more abundant although I dare say where they're brittle it could easily just appear to be an overgrowth.  I guess I'm just trying to give you as much info as possible as you are my last resort, I've lost all hope and truly appreciate anything you can say or recommend. Thanks in advance!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? I have already answered this in your other post. This could be due to formication or sensation that resembles that of insects crawling on or under the skin. This can be associated with onset of menopause  or hormone withdrawal, or medical conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, skin cancer, syphilis, or herpes zoster. Have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
