Urination made easier after excision of Vulva

My aunt has had her entire Vulva removed and is having difficulty controlling her urine stream.  Is there something out there to making urinating easier?  With no outer labia to guide her flow, she has a tendency to urinate everywhere and is afraid to leave her home. I'd love to find a way to help her.

Some sort of medical funnel might help her.  The nurse at the surgeon's office may be able to help with getting her one, or you could check on line.  I would call it medical funnel, female urination, something like that.

Talk to your gynecologist or surgeon who operated and learn about Kegel's exercises, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. You can also prefer Pelvic toning devices, like barbells(Chinese Ben Wa Balls),vaginal weights, cones (various designs are available in the market that are individualized) or remedies like TENS probe ,which increase vaginal elasticity and bladder control.
