Non-stop headaches, nausia, and fatigue since August

I am an 18 year old Female. I was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever in August. It had gone undiagnosed soo long I almost died from it. It damaged my liver and my white-count. Both have recovered. I had started to feel better but I swear I have fallen ill again. I've had head-aches for about a month....I rarely get a break and if i do its no longer than an hour. Sometimes its soo bad I want to beg for real painkillers. I have nausea, and I get soo tired soo easily. One day I vomited 3 times, and the next I had a clear diarrhea. I have chest-pains and trouble breathing. I occasionally get a cough. I have spent $300 at my current doctors for them to tell me to wait it out. I have ruined my first semester of college being ill. I have been fatigued to debilitating points since August. I can't take it and want someone else's help.

Hello,
That is good to hear! If prescription medications are not working as well, you may want to consider alternative medication. Biofeedback, acupuncture and even hypnosis are helpful to some patients. Take care and do keep us posted with your lab and scan result. Take care and best regards.

I am ok....I haven't had a major head-ache yet today but I am home and sleeping. I left college for the weekend. I haven't had any trauma to my head of neck recently or ever that I can remember. I did go to the E.R. the two nights ago and they finnaly gave me something for migraines. I have been begging for something else. I had my white-count checked, and my head scanned.....they still know nothing. My doctors say to wait it out.....and that there is nothing they can think of that would do all of this to me.

Hi,
How are you? Try to hold on and be strong. It is good that you have recovered from Rocky Mountain Fever. With regards to your headache, was there a previous trauma to your head and neck? This could also be due to a primary headache such as migraine, tension or cluster headache. If there is no underlying cause, pain management and avoidance of headache triggers may help.It is important that you determine the possible triggers to be able to avoid them in the future. If over-the-counter pain medications are not working, you may need to have this evaluated further and prescribed with a more powerful medicine. Blood tests and ECG will also help rule out any underlying conditions. Take care and do keep us posted.
