Hi,
Thanks for the updates. It seems that the diagnostic tests and referrals were pretty thorough. Referral to the hematologist will indeed provide us some information regarding the blood clot in your eye. Hang on and stay positive that the underlying cause will be identified. Take care and do keep us posted with the hema consult.
I have been seeing an eye specialist, a nueologist, a gastro- specialist, a internal med specialist, a heart specialist and as of tomorrow i go see a blood specialist. almost everything has come back negitive, ive been tested for lupus that was negitive also. i have had tests done on my heart to see if there was a small hole and my heart is in 100% great condition and have no plaque on my arteries around or in the heart. i have had tons of odd symptoms it was finally the blood clots that were physical proof that something wasnt right.
Hi,
How are you? What diagnostic tests were done already? Since the blood clots in the eye persists, was there a referral to an eye specialist? Aside from injury to the eyes, other possible causes of this symptoms, are eye strain, coughing, sneezing, and underlying medical conditions such as high blood pressure. With newly formed clots, warm compress may help. It is good that the endoscopy result was fine. Splenomegaly or enlarged spleen can be caused by a variety of conditions including infection, liver and blood diseases, lymphoma, and even lupus. Further evaluation may be done to determine the underlying cause. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
