Yes, this can happened. It happened to me. I had cyst and a large tumor on my uterus and and do you know how I found out that I needed surgery? During intimacy, I didn't feel a thing. He felt, but I didn't. I started having horrible back pains and finally went to my gyne to be told I needed surgery. I had major surgery and hemoridged. It took 1 full year of recovery and I was able to return to enjoying intimacy.

She can enjoy intimacy with out overies, uterus, etc., but it's very important that she takes care of her health first and she needs your support not to pressure her if she is unable to provide intimacy at the moment. It will come, but YOU need to be supportive and pacient and not stress her or pressure her.  Take her to her doctor immediately to get herself checked out.
