Sex and Relationship

Hi all,

I have found a great girl we have great things to share, similar backgrounds and the communication is great. We tried to have sex twice though my peroformance was not very good. She asked me to ejaculate by masturbating. I told her that I need some time to perform better, though it worries me a lot.

A good thing is that she does not make me more guilty than my performance; she is not offended. I am/was alone for a long period of time (3.5 years) and at that time was masturbating. Any advice of how I can perform better?

Thanks,
Sun

Dont stress just go and enjoy yourself, whilst i know this is frustrating remember there is more to a relationship than sex, just enjoy each others company too,it will happen honest.

While on that long weekend, relax and have a couple of drinks to ease the anxiety. If this continues, you might want to see a doctor.

You need to relax more stop focusing on it this with dampen your performance, stress can cause all this to happen just dont rush these things it will happen when you feel relaxed and stress free, try caressing each other more before actul sex,the more fondling the more excited you get, good luck.
