So what are either of you getting out of living together? Would it be that it takes two to pay the bills for a nice place and you have investments together? If you need help paying the bills then a roommate is fine, but if you want a boy girl relationship with the bells and whistles get rid of him or at least make it clear you are both free to see other people and move on. If this is going on now? Dont even think of longterm cause it just aint there. Sorry.

Hmmm........If you just want a roommate; stay.  If not, move out.

I wouldn't be "waiting around" to get a straight answer about the sex situation and separate bedrooms.  If someone can't be honest about whatever is going on then I would suggest moving on.

You shouldn't have to threaten someone that you are moving out to push things or him into changing.  Obviously, things aren't going to change.

Assume that for one reason or another, he is not interested in a physical relationship, and make plans accordingly.  Don't threaten, just make plans to get your life back.  Limbo is not life.  Time to move on.  You don't even need to know what the problem was.
