genetic problems

can i marry my mother's brother's daughter any problems with child born?

i'm from india in my country this is legal....and i'm hindhu according to culture can marry but i want to know any problems with the child...becoz some of my friends  experiance bad they no have child.....so only i want clear any medical problems will arise for my child....

US law states in all 50 states you have to be 2nd cousins or if first cousins must be over 65 yrs AND not be able to reproduce

Yes, because that's your first cousin and, in most states (assuming you live in the good ol' U.S.A.) will not allow marriage under those circumstances.

Your 1st cousin? You would have to check the laws of the country.  There is a small chance of some type of birth defect, but most children are fine when born in this situation.  I would suggest you married your 2nd cousin. J/K
