heart is not enlarge.
Pulmonary vascularity is within normal tranches is not narrowed.
Plate like density in the left upper lungfield.
Diaphragm and both costophrenic sulci are intact.
No other remarkable finding is noted.
Impression :
disc atelectasis left apice....
what does it mean it this be fit to work?
