Fibroid scars, left upper lobe

I was diagnosed with PTB when I was only 15 years old, I've undergone treatment but did not finished the six months treatment. I had another treatment and had only 5 months total of treatment. Then just year 2017, I got positive on skin test, got negative result on sputum test but my xray shows I have minimal TB so my doctor put me to a 6 months treatment and I completed the treatment just this February this year. I went back to the doctor and my xray result shows fibrolinear infiltrates are in the left upper lobe. Fibroid scars was seen on my left upper lobe. Three months after my last visit, I started having cough, chest pain and coughed blood again. So I went to see my doctor again, he asked me to take another xray, my recent xray shows the same impressions as my last xray,  fibrolinear infiltrates are in the left upper lobe. Fibroid scars was seen on my left upper lobe. So the doctor prescribed antibiotic and med for cough for 7 days. The bleeding stop and the cough is gone. But then after a week, I cough a bit of blood again. My doctor told me, because I have scar on my left lung it's normal to cough little blood sometimes. But every time it happens, it freaks me out.
I'm planning to see my doctor again soon. But can you give me advice on what to do please.
Is my condition not good at the moment? Is there anything I should be worried about?
Please help me, I'm really worried now.
Note: I was only 45 kg when I started the first treatment, now I weigh 50 kilograms. I have good appetite and doesn't experience other symptoms. The only thing I'm worried is when I cough blood and my left upper back hurts sometimes especially when I do a lot of work.
