Am I in my own head

I posted a question a couple weeks ago and felt good about the response I received. But I have some lingering feelings and want to address them.

Three weeks ago, I received oral sex from a female of unknown status. I freaked out and took 1.5g of azithromycin and then a 1 gram shot of ceftriaxone. It has been just over two weeks since the shot. I still feel tightness and tenderness in my groin, occasional pain in my groin and lower abdominal area, and the sensation to urinate every 30 minutes or so without much coming out. I understand that the medicine should have and most likely killed anything that I would have contracted but I don’t know why I am still feeling weird symptoms like this. It does not burn when I pee but it does feel like my bladder is hot. I do not have discharge. It feels like tenderness and I feel my lymph nodes in my groin but they are not sore and do not hurt.

Am I crazy? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time but I am unable to see a doctor for the near future.

And everything I have read says that the mind is strong enough to force yourself to have symptoms even when you are clean.
Tbh the brain is really powerful when it comes to mimicking all these symptoms. Why don't you just take STDs test so that you can rid off that question of whether you are infected or not? I think even a simple urinalysis will do.
Immediately after the event, I figured the meds would take care of everything. And now I’m on a business trip where I can’t see a doctor. I will not be able to for another two weeks or so. So all I have right now is researching and comfort from individuals like yourself. I’m more inclined to think it is in my head but every time I convince myself, I think of everything I stand to lose if it isn’t as I am married and made a terrible lapse in judgement. I have been working out and walked a very long distance in the last couple of days so that could be playing a part in my pains down there as well. When all said and done, I just read my user ID over and over.
