What could this be?

I had unprotected sex with my partner a week ago on a Monday. I had freshly shaved that night and I cut myself down there so it was stinging down there to begin with after an hour it felt okay. Me and my partner started to have protected sex but I kept getting tight and too dry so it started to get very painful for me down there we stopped and tried two times for me to get wet but both times I end up dry in the middle of sex. Next day was Tuesday and I was experiencing pain and itchiness. I scratched so much it started to burn. I went and observed down there next day Wednesday and I saw about three bumps on my labia. Later that day it was feeling the same. Rest of week was same feeling until I got to Saturday I went through something depressing and the pain down there got worse. It burned when I pee, and I grew an open sore (didn't start off like a regular bump like others) in crease of my thigh. Sunday was same feeling. Here comes a week later Monday from the sex, I have many open sores down there and one on each side of my thigh in the creases and when I pee I want to cry because it's so painful. Burns like hell. So today, Tuesday I checked my mouth and have yellow tounge and tounsils and I just recently patted myself and saw yellow discharge. Also my labia is super swollen I can't wipe properly so tissue bits gets stuck down there. I will be making a doctors appointment, also. I just want to know possibilities and not be scared by the news

Get tested for herpes type 1 and type 2 virus with a swab culture test requested by your doctor. Swabbing the open sores are the best way of determining whether it is a possible herpes outbreak.

As for the virus, either one of you could have contracted it recently or the virus could have lasted dormant in either one of you and is now showing symptoms, or your boyfriend had it and did not know, and passed it to you through asymptomatic shedding. All are possible outcomes. Though blame in this matter is unhelpful and will only cause more distress.

If you do test positive, stay positive in attitude it's not the end of the world. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 5 men have same condition as you. It's not curable though it is treatable.

Hope this helps

None of what you mention suggest herpes at all as the time to breakout is too short as takes about 2 weeks on average to develop symptoms and the key symptom for a recent infection is missing which is flu like symptoms including fever that would have appeared after sores showed up. I agree with the doctors that is all from shaving and dry sex.
The CDC does not recomment testing for herpes from what you are describing.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like a possible genital herpes outbreak. See a doctor asap to get yourself checked. Good luck!

I went to doctors today actually and all my tests came back negative. It's actually from shaving with the same razor I had forever lol what a shame for me and rough sex. I was prescribed with fluconazole, a type of yeast pill, and two types of creams for it down there. I'm actually relieved I have something off my back. Since I just got my meds today I have to see if they'll work. But it's so crazy to me that shaving with the same razor can cause an outbreak so vicious.
