Bumps on top side of shaft.

Hi so im a 20 yr old male and i have bumps on the sides and underside of the shaft of my penis, with hair growing out, i went to my doctor and he said don't worry they are hair follicles and normal, however this past week i noticed that I now have this line of bumps (a completely straight line from left side to right side) that kind of connect the hair follicle lines together, but there are no hairs coming out of these ones. The line tends to sit in a fold of skin when the penis isnt erect. I am afraid that these may be genital warts but im not sure cuz of the way they are growing and how they are so symmetrical. Any insight would help.

if you have new symptoms, best to be seen again for a proper exam.
