Unknown penile bumps

Hi, a few months ago, I started seeing some bumps on penis that have kept spreading eversince. All my blood work and urine tests came negative, so I'm not sure what else can it be. Also, my family doctor looked at it and wasn't sure. They're also painless.

I'm not a doctor, and can't diagnose, but they look like oil glands or maybe dry skin. It's not always easy to tell from a photo.

It does not look like an STD.

It's frustrating, I'm sure, to see these bumps and have no answers. Why are you relating them to an std? Just because they are on your penis? Did you have an exposure that you are worried about? The good news is that you saw a doctor and they said that while they don't know why they are there, they aren't anything to connect to an std and tests confirm no std. That should give you peace of mind.
