Is this siphilis rash?
Hi,
I have red spots on my foot around the ankle.
The other foot has also 2 on the side.
Not itchy, when i put pressure on them and pull skin they almost disappear.

Looks like a picture of your foot. With a couple of red spots. Doesn't look like syphilis and hope every time you get spots on your body, you don't immediately think syphilis secondary rash.

I completely agree with this. A syphilis rash is far more widespread than this.
If you are concerned that you have syphilis, just go test.
