Do I have Ngu or prostatitis?

I'll be as brief as I can be with this past 3 months of misery.

3 months ago I received a very brief episode of oral sex, 15 seconds max followed with a very brief PROTECTED intercourse for about 45 seconds.

I am married and started freaking out as soon as I left. I thought I had condom irritation because my penis was already in discomfort not long after wards. I did put hand soap on it after (stupid I know)

Since then I have been to the doctors multiple times.

Test- Chlamydia/GC negative 3 times, syphilis twice and HSV1/2 negative as well.

Symptoms since encounter
Urethra discomfort
Somewhat swollen meatus when erect and a slight pain on ejaculation with gel clumps in Sperm
Lower back pain on and off
Right testicle pain on and off
Groin pain on and off
Frequency of urination
Dribbling
Discharge(maybe) sometimes I see a watery substance at the tip before I pee.

Meds
Doxy 3 times
Cipro 2 times
Flomax
Mobic

I was told by a urologist I have Prostatitis due to inflammation in my prostate fluid that he massaged out. My urine which I held for 5 hours post this was completely clear he said.

Does this sound like Prostatitis or should I keep searching out a clinic and expect to be a different answer. I was a healthy happily married 26 year old male before I made the worst mistake of my life. I just want to protect my wife and make sure I don't have something infectious.

Any insight would be helpful, I feel trapped and can't sleep and I no longer myself. I will add that I squeeze my penis every day looking for discharge, not sure if this is causing on going irritation. I see mixed things on this.
