Does Chlamydia/Gonorrhea Present This Way?

Day 0: Had oral and vaginal sex both using a condom.  Condom was removed and possibly some fluids on my hand and touching my genital.  Washing up minutes after sex.

Day 7: Mild "tingle" in glans of penis that comes and goes, noticeable but not painful.  No pain during urination, no discharge.

Day 19: More frequent urination and stronger "tingle".  By 3PM my bladder feels empty but now instead of a tingle there is pain through my entire penis.  Minor back pain.  Feel like I am trying to force urination but nothing comes out.  Finally a very small trickle and it is blood tinged.  Begin drinking more water, by evening pain goes away and no pain while urinating.

Day 20: 8AM, symptoms akin to Day 7.  9AM STD tests and given zithromax and rocephin injection.

Day 23:  No change in symptoms even after meds.  I stop drinking water at 5PM by 9PM symptom are at Day 19 levels.  Again "empty" bladder, feel like I am trying to force something out of bladder with extreme pain.  Blood stained urine drops.  Next attempt at urination extreme pain some drops that are normal color and a pinhead-sized clot of red blood.  Start drinking water and symptoms go back to Day 7 feeling by 1AM.

Day 24 (current day): No change in symptoms (still at level of Day 7).  No test results.

Questions:

Does Chlamydia or Gonorrhea usually present symptoms like this?
If it is Chlamydia or Gonorrhea would I feel some relief from the antibiotics by now?
Could this be an NGU?

Not looking for definitive answers just getting tired/scared after 24 days and anxious for results.  Wasn't sure what other people have experienced.  Thanks everyone for your time.

1. No
2. It is not either of those
3. No

This is not going to be a STD related issue as with a condom, no risk and STD's not transmitted from secondary touch...condom to hand to penis.
