Herpes 2, Syphilis

On the 21 September 2014, - I met some girl. After 2weeks, I felt itching at my penis.
So, I went for a full STD test. Test result is as follows:

2weeks- PCR(urine) herpes 1, 2, syphilis, M. genitalium positive, others negative
         Blood test: HIV(antibody), sphyilis(antibody) negative

After my test result confirmed, I had extreme stress.
So, I felt pain such as itching, burning sensation etc. at whole body and
itching, inside penis.
But I have never seen ulcer, sore at my penis and oral.

Doctor gave me G-pack for M. genitalium.
But I increasingly felt extreme pain.
Doctor told me that your symptom is caused by prostatis.
So, I took medicine Quinolone Antibacterial Drug for 2weeks.

4weeks- Blood test(RPR, IgG) syphilis negative
         Pockit for syphilis negative

I still pain. So, I don't trust my doctor.
So, I went to other hospital and I took additional test.

5weeks- PCR(urine): all negative(inculded syphilis, hepres),
         Blood test: RPR, TPLA negative
         Pockit: HIV, syphilis, herpes 2 IgG negative

I’m so afraid of syphilis. I requested my doctor for Penicillin injection.
So, I took Penicillin injection for PEP.

6weeks- Blood test: RPR, TPLA negative, herpes 1 IgG(EIA) positive, herpes 2 IgG(EIA) negative

Doctor told me that your disease is probably Non-Bacterial Prostatitis.
So, I took medicine Cefaclor (250 mg) Capsule for 2weeks.

8weeks- PCR(urine+prostate fluid): all negative(inculded syphilis, hepres)

However, I still pain less than previous pain.
Doctor told me that your disease is probably Non-Bacterial Prostatitis.
So, I took medicine Quinolone Antibacterial Drug for 4weeks.

11weeks- PCR(urine+prostate fluid): all negative(inculded syphilis, hepres)
12weeks- PCR(urine+prostate fluid): all negative(inculded syphilis, hepres)
        - Blood test: RPR, TPLA negative herpes 2 IgG(EIA) negative

Nowdays, My pain is relieved than initial state. Sometimes I feel a little pain at penis, approximately 3~4times all day.
Except for first test, All test showed negative for STD.
Maybe, I think that I had Herpes 1 from my childhood.

I do not wish to cause unneccessary problems for anybody, but my first test result did cause me a certain amount of stress.

1. What do you think about the whole state of affairs?
2. Do I have herpes 2 and have infected syphilis in your opinion?
3. Do I need further test? I saw some paper about seroconversion of herpes 2. It sometimes take a year to seroconversion.
4. Some people can not make antibody for herpes 2?
I heard that the vaccinated some people for Hepatitis B not create antibody for Hepatitis B.
5. What is type of my disease?

Why me pain? You agree to Non-Bacterial Prostatitis that diagnosed by doctor?
I will go to hospital after 2days in order to take medicine.

i already post summary of herpes in herpes forum.
If you have knoweledge about herpes, plz answer me.

i cannot...dont have been my work, eatting since my first result received.
