Is it UTI due to STD??????????

I am 29/Unmarried Male from India.
I had protected vaginal, unprotected oral sex(only vaginal kissing,No licking) and fingering the vagina 1 year back.
i had all the symptoms similar to ARS for 6-8months after the exposure.
Till now i have tested negative for HIV,HSV 1 &2,Syphilis,and Hepatitis A,B,C.
I have been suffering from UTI/prostrate infection(prostrate is normal now as per USG) for past 6-8months.It is not clearing off.I had lots of antibiotics(including 20doses of Magnex injection)
My semen culture and urine culture shows Klebseilla,Ecoli and some other bacteria.
The present symptoms include penile pain, burning most of the time, strange irritation inside the penis, chills most of the time, general weakness.
I have slight fatty liver,my PVR shows 150cc(which ie mentioned as significant in report)

Guide me if it is any kind of STD......
Is there any test for Gonorrea and syphilis available in Chennai,India

No STD is a possible cause of your symptoms, culture results, etc. It sounds like you probably have had bacterial prostatitis, which is definitely not sexually acquired. There is no point in testing now for gonorrhea or chlamydia. Those tests should have been done earlier, but almost certainly the various antibiotics you have had would have cured either of them.

Sophisticated medical care is available in most urban centers in India. In fact, your country has a tradition of excellent professional training and care for genitourinary medicine including STDs, and I would guess there are GUM specialists in Chennai

You are going to have to speak to your Dr, I don't know what tests you can take in India.

Overall this does not sound like a STD.
