Is this chlamydia or some other std?

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum, so I would like to start wishing everyone a good day and apologizing for my bad English, but I am Latin.
My problem is the following.
in June of 2014 I had unprotected sex with a female friend (we haven´t seen eachother for a log time before that) For more than two years I never had any health problems or symptoms of any kind. Except for a strong hit I received in the testicles playing soccer whose discomfort lasted a couple of months.
In August 2016, two years and two months after that episode, I started with a mild case of recurrent and intermittent balanitis. I went into panic and started self-medicating, probably making it worse.
three months later, November 2016 I started with a discomfort in the left testicle (behind the testi), at first I attributed it to the intense exercise I was doing at that time, (considering also, the accident playing soccer long time ago). However, considering the recurrent balanitis I was going through, I decided to go to the urologist.
The doctor reviewed my balanitis and told me that considering that my last sexual relationship was more than two years ago (2 years 5 months to be exact) It could safely rule out a STD and prescribed me clotrimazole.
He checked my testicles and told me everything was fine, that it was probably due to exercise and he prescribed me a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory.
After consuming the NSAID for 5 days my testicular pain disappeared completely.

My balanitis at that time remained the same, but I discovered that keeping the foreskin retracted kept it at bay, almost without any symptoms.
For more than 9 months I was completely free of testicular pain (after the nsaid) and my balanitis gradually decreased with time also.
However, in September 2017, the testicular pain returned. I related it to physical activity again because I had started exercising daily. But reading internet information, whenever they talk about testicular pain the darts point to some infection. That, added to the balanitis, made me decide to go for a second time to the urologist, a different one. in the fear that this could be a sexually transmitted disease. Also this time I began to feel very subtle small punctures or pinching sensation inside the penis, in the urethra. Always subtle, sporadic, some days not, other days 4 or 5 times. In any case, I never felt burning or pain when urinating or ejaculating (the closest was may a little tingling sensation minutes after i pee).
Again the doctor told me from the beginning that he ruled out an STD, insisting that he has never seen a case of symptoms 2 and a half years after the last sexual relationship. In any case, he ordered me to perform an ultrasound on the testicle and a mycotic test for balanitis.
The ultrasound showed no problem,no swelling or problems in the epididymis. the same goes fo fungal test, there are no fungal samples on the glans.
Despite this, I was left with many doubts, since the pain persisted and I thought that there should be a cause behind this.
Still with the doubt that this could be a STD, more specifically chlamydia, I went to a third doctor and the diagnosis was the same. According to him, he has never seen a case of chlamydia or gonorrhea where the symptoms appear two and a half years after the exposure, insisting also that balanitis is not a symptom of chlamydia and that if it were caused by some bacteria it would be a purulent balanitis with injuries, but that mine seemed a contact dermatitis or allergy at most.
As for my testicular pain he examined me physically and said that if it were epididymitis there would be inflammation and more intense pain and the testicle would be inflamed.
and well, 3 months have passed since then and here I am with this intermittent testicular pain (discomfort), sometimes it hurts, sometimes not, if I am standing for a long time or sitting for a long time it hurts, when I am active or moving it does not hurt or It hurts less, almost unperceivable, it is a difficult situation to explain. More than pain is a discomfort but it does not affect me to perform my daily activities.

Can you guys help with this? Could this be chlamydia or some other STD? Could this be just a coincidence and actually the balanitis and mild pinching of the urethra not being related to the testicular discomfort (maybe pulbalgia or some other "mechanical" problem)?

Thank you very much in advance for your aswers
