timing of STD testing

On February 3, received a hand job and this new partner also put their finger in my anus.

Though I've read that there is no chance of getting an STD from this, since it had been nearly a year since my last test, I thought I'd get tested again.  Test happened on February 19 -- sixteen days later -- and all is normal.

But I've read how some STDs don't surface 'til later.  So therefore, should I get tested again several weeks from now?  Or is the takeaway that I'm fine and should just walk the earth healthy and anxiety-free?

The encounter you described in no risk for STDs
If you want to test just for fun I would wait 14weeks
