Pimple on scrotum, what could it be?

Hello -

Last week I posted about an occasional tingling sensation at the tip of my penis that started occurring a week after I had unprotected sex. The tingling sensation has since subsided for the most part, however it does come back once in awhile when I really think about it. causing me to believe it's all in my head...

Today, 10 days after having unprotected sex, I noticed a small pimple on my scrotum. It does not hurt, and does not look like a wart, sore, or blister. I did trim my pubic hairs about 3 days ago, with a hair trimmer, not a razor. In addition, I have been touching the area quite a bit looking for any signs of an STD.

Could this just simply be a pimple? I will say that I have had pimples on my scrotum before that have gone away in about a week or so and have looked, much like this, so I'm not too worried. But given the situation, is there anything I should look out for that might indicate an STD?

In addition, I spoke with the girl I had sex with to ask if she was clean... She told me she is clean, and she has only had sex with one other person. She had been in a 6 year relationship with a guy who was her first and only. They broke up a couple months ago and we hooked up on a random one night stand. I guess I was a rebound haha.

Either way, while she's never been tested, I would assume it's fairly safe to assume she is clean, right?

Hi yes it would appear as a pimple and with no white puss penis discharge or genital blisters on the shaft you can pretty much rule out Gono, Chlanydia, herpes and syphilis.

Thanks! I just checked to make sure, and yeah no white puss or white tip. Basically, just a little red bump. It's actually gotten a little smaller since this morning. No discharge, no blisters, no pain/sting while urinating. It looks like a stress pimple to be honest... Is it possible to develop a stress pimple on the scrotum?
