Protected sex but increased discharge

Hi, please advise me. 10 days ago I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. His genitals did not touch mine at all without a condom on. They day after ti she came up with a cold sore, he says his first one.
10 days later I'm not aware of any herpes symptoms both oral or genital, but I do have an increased amount of clear/white vaginal discharge.
I have done a chlamydia swab today.
Firstly is 10 days enough time for herpes systems to appear?
Is 10 days enough time for a conclusive chlamydia swab?
Surely I shouldn't be at risk of an std from condom protected sex? I know I'm at risk from the unprotected oral.
Thanks for your help
