QuestiOn regarding chlamydia/ ghono

So from what I understand 50 percent of guys show no signs. Is it possible to have no discharge or pain when urinating and still have it? Guess what I'm asking is, is discharge and pain when urinating the manditory sign that you have it assuming you're showing symptoms. Is it possible to just have frequent urination? I have a more frequent urge to go. When I do go a fair amount comes out. Slight tingle or burning on the ride side of the head and genital area but no pain. And no discharge or pain when I do.

Hi Tom, not may people advise here but as mentined if you had Gono you would have a white puss discharge, its possible that chlamydia might not show signs but ive had both 3 time in my life and always got a puss discharge, burning while urinating and with chlamydia, itching inside my urethra. These are the most common stds.
Not showing symptoms would be more with women as they can have it inside the vaginal area which is an open cavity. Men only have the urethra and i would say the in the real world most men would certainly have symptoms with gono and chlamydia esp the itching inside the penis.
Also not showing symptoms may be the case when you first get it but after about 7 days symptoms in men would surly appear in my opinion from experince.

I've had a urine culture done and it came back negative. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Frequent urnation, slight throbbing pain in urethra / head of penis. Maybe slightly swollen testicles.
