STD? Random hives and Muscle / Joint pain

Hoping I can get steered in the right direction here. 40 Y/O male here. Had protected sex with a few lady partners. My symptoms are unexplained short duration hives that pop up mostly in my armpits and I have random muscle pain that seems to be roving. It can be at one point in my right bicep for 15 mins, then its in my left quad or down in my calve.

For the hives I have been taking a daily Zyrtec and for the muscle pain Tylenol. I have had a couple of CBC workups at my doctor and even have gone to a Rheumatologist who gave me an all clear as well

I tested negative for HIV at week 6 using Gen4 Duo test. Also tested negative for Gonorrhea, Chlamidia, Ureaplasma, syphillis, and HEP ABC. I do have Herpes from a long time ago.

If there are any doctors reading this. Do my symptoms match any other type of obscure STD I may have overlooked for in testing?

Thanks for your insight. Any chance this could be something like a fungal infection or delayed HPV?

could be just a heat rash and theres no such thing as delayed HPV
OK Thanks. Im following through with a allergist. Will keep informed here.
Allergist visit went well but didnt come up with any answers as to my symptoms. If that changes will follow up and let the community know.
More than a year into this ordeal and still havent found an answer. Multiple tests, Rhuemy visists, GP visits, screening and more tests. All negative.
I assume you've been tested for Lyme, thyroid disease (as well as autoimmune thyroid diseases), celiac, lupus and the like?

Hang in there. I know how frustrating it is. I went 20 years before being diagnosed with something, and 6 years with something else. It's exhausting and so discouraging, but you'll get there.
Have not been tested for Lyme that I know of but I did visit a Rhuematologist. Figure dof I had that they would probably see it.
Yeah, that's why I said I assumed it - I'd expect the rhuemy to be on top of it all, but it's worth a shot if you haven't been. I have little faith in doctors anymore.
