STD? Help

Hi, i think i might have an infection wich i got about 3 months ago, by having unprotected oral sex. Here's the thing:
The veins on my penis are enlarged and a bit hard, one starting from the base and going to the top. And also my anus is itchy. There's no pain involved but i recently had a mouth sore inside.
I was checked from an urologist who did an Echo, and also checked my prostate and everything and said that everything is fine. So he told me get tested for Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, and a complete Urethrasecret (at least that's what they call it in German), a sample was taken from inside my penis.
I'm still waiting for the result, but i wanted to know what other opinions on this i could get. I'm really worried i might have contracted a life threatening virus like HIV, Syphillis or something.

See a Dr for an exam. Hemmroids has nothing to do with the penis.

Thank you for the response, I was also wondering if Hemorrhoids can cause swelling of the veins on the penis. Because there is definitively a lot of anal itching and burning?

Hi, you dont have any symptoms of any std,s Oral is low risk activity. You cannot get HIV from what  you describe and can pretty much rule out syhpilis as needs to be an open sore.
