STD risk or anxiety

Hi

I had protected sex with an escort just under a year ago. She was not licensed and was found on the Internet. Dumb by me

About 4 days later I was tested for hiv, chlamydia, gonnorhea, syphillis. The results were sent to a lab so I'm assuming the results were determined about 7 days after exposure. The results came back negative for all STDs.

I have no symptoms, and never have, but I'm curious what are my chances that I tested too early and that I have one of the listed STDs without symptoms.   I'm very anxious.

Thanks.

I'd like to add I've had unprotected sex with my partner since exposure and they also have no symptoms.

Thanks
