As you know there is no risk from this. Getting some kind of symptoms doesn't change that.
It's not unusual for men to have this kind of discharge, especially in the morning. Has it happened since? If it was one time, I'd write it off as nothing and totally normal.
I'm not judging you - what you do with your life is none of my business, but if this activity causes this much anxiety, is it worth continuing? I'm asking from a strictly health and mental health view, not a shaming one at all. You don't have to answer me - just something for you to think about it. It seems you enjoy it in the moment, and then agonize after.
Also, remember that guilt doesn't equal risk.
