Suffering from UTI after Unprotected oral sex with a prostitute

I give oral sex to a prostitute for 2 minutes. I lick her vagina deeply. After 7 days of this exposure i feel UTI like symptoms and diagnosis done by a urologist and tell me that u have UTI. My urine culture was positive with E.coli. i took antibiotics Doxycycline, nitrofurantoin, fosfomycin, farobact, Mikacin . Symptoms go away after 40 days of antibiotic course. But after one month symtoms repeats.
After 3 months of this exposure i have pain in penis, burning senstation during urination & ejaculation, heavy yellow urine.i went to a urologist. I checked up for HIV 1&2, HSV 1&2 IGg IGm, vdrl rpr, urine culture, urine routine, semen culture and semen routine. Mostly result were nagative .
Only semem culture had moderate growth of enterococcus faecalis. I also found 2_3 pus cells in semen microscopy. I am worried about that i have chlyamedia or gonorehha because most of the symptoms are similiar to these diseases. I m also feeling irritation, discomfort, itching, low blurred vision in right eye.
I have used many eye drops but no relief.

I want to ask some questions
1. I want to be tested for chly. And gono.
According to my symptoms what is accurate way (urethral swab, urine, blood, eye swab) to diagnosis chlyamedia and gonorehha?

2. i am confused about STI and UTI. Doctor said that u have uti but i think that i have STI. Because uti not affects eyes.

3. Most affected part by this disease is my urethra. Feeling pain and pricking in uretha during & after urination & ejaculation.

4. I have done urine culture 4 times. Results are -

First time- Significant coagulase positive  staphylococcus

2nd time- Significant Eschirichia Coli.

Third time- Urine sample is sterile after 24 hours

Last time- Insignificant klebsiella species

Please help me sir .
I am depressed a lot.
What disease i have?
